Everyone has their favorite when it comes to cookies. Sometimes it’s a
specific brand, like Nabisco Oreos and sometimes it’s a type of cookie,
like classic chocolate chip or peanut butter. Me? I’m a Funfetti kinda
guy!

Funfetti cookies are my fav because they’re fun to look at and eat!
This Downtown Cookie Co. version is so buttery and delicious,
it’s impossible to have just one. Also, these rainbow sprinkled morsels
are a great way to add color to your next event’s menu!

Hi Sara! I got the photo from a cute blog called Leah’s Thoughts! According to her blog about the “Birthday Cake Cookies”, she used buttercream frosting for the inside. Buttercream icing is simple — just blend 2 lbs. powdered sugar, 1/2 cup soft butter, 1 Tbsp. vanilla, and 1/4 cup water or milk until smooth. She also said that she needed three boxes of cookie mix and one batch of frosting to make 25 cookie sandwiches. Hope this helps – send photos of your creations!
